Our dev team will dive in, reviewing both the front end web application and the backend architecture. We’ll run multiple tests, and likely ask you a few questions on your tech stack, server set up, etc..
📃 Proposal
We’ll break down the biggest bottlenecks, scope out the project phases, and estimate the time needed for each. We bill hourly, invoice monthly, and don’t require long term contracts.
🚀 Go Time
After we engage, we’ll set up real user monitoring to get a continuous, holistic view of your site’s performance. We’ll then set up a test environment and start coding.

Do you actually code?
We sure do. Just give us a dev environment and we’ll make changes and test speed there. If it tests well on your end, you can merge the code to production.
Do you partner with other agencies?
Sure, we love working with other teams. And it’s easier than you might think. We’ll sign a non-solicitation, and our devs work directly with you and/or your client.
How long does optimization take?
Our average engagement lasts 6-8 weeks, and we typically spend 3-5 hrs/day working on your site.
